Opt Out Forms
Parents may submit forms to the school office each year to exclude their children from the following options. See the forms for deadlines and more complete information.
- Internet access (all grade levels)
- MPS Connect accounts for email, calendars, documents and file storage (junior high and high school only)
- news media and district coverage of school activities and events (all grade levels)
- the release of directory information for school, district and beneficial third-party use (all grade levels)
- military recruiter access to directory information (high school only)
