World Affairs Council of Arizona - Rhodes Jr. High School World Studies ~ Outreach Program

Thought you might enjoy reading an article about our World Expo written by Fran Meade who served as one of our guest judges. Fran is a Board Member of the World Affairs Council of Arizona, lived in Saudi Arabia for 20+ years and served as Protocol Assistant to the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia. Her feature article appeared on pages 6-7 of their Fall 2009 newsletter, complete with seven photos of the event. After ALL the hard work everyone put into this grandiose kick off event, it is incredibly gratifying to read her complimentary critique of the RJH World Expo! I have attached the entire newsletter for those who would like to see the feature article with photos. In addition, outgoing WACAZ President, Ambassador Sharon Wilkinson mentions the formal partnership established with our World Studies Academy in her Farewell Letter on page 2.
