During the month of November, 35 members of the Academy Novel Writing Club participated in the annual National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo), a 30-day writing adventure where students attempt to write a novel by Nov. 30. On Friday, October 18, our Advanced Orchestra traveled to McClintock High School to participate in the ABODA Fall Orchestra Festival. They were one of only a few junior high groups participating in this festival, but performed well and received a rating of Superior from the judges. Congratulations Academy Knights and Ms. Williams!
