Several students from Mesa Academy for Advanced Studies were among the nearly 150,000 worldwide to participate this year in the Math Olympiad Program.  They participated in a series of five monthly contests of 5 problems each, from November to March, and weekly practice sessions under the supervision and coaching of Doreen Heitland.

This Springs Scholastic Book Fair was amongst our most successful fairs to date.  In the span of just 3 days our sales reached $2.709.  However, as it was a Buy One, Get One Free fair this meant that we put over $5,400 worth of books into our students hands for summer reading.
