We are happy to help with medical needs for your child and to promote a healthy lifestyle for students!

Mesa Public Schools/Mesa Fire/ medical will be offering Free flu vaccines for students at The Mesa Academy the week of Oct. 18th. If interested please fill out and sign the flu consent form and return it to the health office. by Sept. 29th.

We are so happy to start a new school year!  We are  reviewing vaccines for students. It is very important that students are up to date with the State required vaccines. I have posted the Mesa immunization clinic hours below . We are here to guide and answer questions to keep our students safe and healthy. Reminder- if your child has a fever and symptoms of illness please keep them home until they are fever free for at least 24 hours without the need for medication. Is my child well enough to be at school today?



 "Medication Consent Form". It requires the physician to complete the bottom portion if your child will be taking the medication 5 or more days in a row at school.

Medications are required to be dropped of at school by a parent or responsible adult.


Please remember to review your child's immunizations before the next school year. Student's age 11 years are required to have a TDAP (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis) and MCV(meningitis) vaccination.


If your child has a medical condition that requires an emergency plan such as a severe allergy or seizure history we will need a new plan completed at the beginning of the school year. We can set up meetings with teachers as needed. Feel free to call the nurse with questions.  480-472-8334.
