Adult Education

Classroom Lessons are based on the needs of the class. We meet as a whole group as well as smaller groups every day Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Daily Homework

Homework usually consists of vocabulary practice and finishing work not completed in class.

Read to your child as often as you can...hopefully at least 3 times a week!

PACT (Parent and Child Time)

Parents visit their child's classroom everyday Monday through Thursday day for 30 minutes to become  more involved in their child's learning both at school and at home. This enables parents to learn with and help their child while learning new strategies as well as learning school culture. Parents can take this information home and implement it with any of their children, adjusting to the child's learning style and level.

Parents become more comfortable with speaking to the child's teacher so that they can work together to help each child succeed.

Parent Time

Twice a week we learn skills that help you be a better parent. The speakers and topic vary from week to week. We have classes on personal intests, goals, and skills, as well as classes about family life, how to help your child in school, and how to become more involved at schools and in the community.

Our community- we try to take filed trips 2-4 times a year to experience American culture, to get to know how to use community resources, and to expose you to experiences so that you can have ideas for ways to enjoy time with your a family outside of school.
