Biography
I was born in Minneapolis, MN but have lived in Arizona since 1983. I attended Chandler High School where I played in marching, concert and jazz band.
I have a Bachelor in Music Education in Instrumental Music from Arizona State University. Clarinet is still my favorite instrument.
I have been teaching in MPS since 1994. Ten years were spent teaching General Music and band. Starting in 2005, I started teaching General Music only and have traveled to many schools throughout the years. This is the greatest job where I get to share how special music is everyday.
I have a wonderful husband, who is also a teacher, and three active daughters who keep me busy all the time.
