Grade 6 - Fish Printing
Students printed fish from rubber fish models to obtain as much
texture as possible. Then they cut flat styrofoam into underwater plant shapes
and printed in such as way as to indicate depth in the scene by overlapping
the plant shapes over the fish and printing around the fish to create the illusion
of the fish being in front of the plants. Some details were clarified with marker
lines. Art Standards: 1-Creating Art, Science: 5 - Physical Science. Language:
