Lindbergh Elementary
Grade 5 & 6 - Ojo de Dios
During the months of September and October, Lindbergh students
were introduced to a variety of Mexican folk art. Fifth and sixth grade students
were inspired by the wrapped sticks of the Huichol Indians of Mexico. They applied
the art elements LINE, SHAPE, COLOR, AND TEXTURE to create these ojos.
Materials: yarn, feathers, popsicle sticks
