Watery Fish- Grade 5

Students experimented with two methods of watercolors. First they used a #2 fine watercolor brush to do a direct drawing of a fish - No preliminary pencil drawing! Students carefully added all the parts of the fish body with 3 different color applications. Second, students used a #8 thick brush to apply watery paint on wet paper to create the water background.
