I am originally from New York and came to Arizona to attend ASU, where I earned my BFA in Art and my Masters in Education.  I have taught art at both the high school and elementary levels and love both equally!

Part of my teaching tenure was spent in Florida, but my love of Arizona brought me back here.  Hiking is one of my favorite things to do, as well as creating art, reading and gardening.

Currently I am teaching art at Lowell on Mondays, Washington on Tuesdays, Wednesdays at Adams (Thursdays A week) and Webster on Fridays (Thursdays B week).  I enjoy sharing my love of the arts with my students and helping them to make connections with their everyday curriculum and the arts.  My lessons connect with math, social studies, reading and writing so that students can apply what they learn in the classroom with art and art with the classroom.
