Cultural Exhibits and Cultural Kits

The MPS Creative Arts Resource Center is proud to offer Cultural Exhibits to schools in the district. Each Cultural Exhibit case consists of a specific country’s or culture’s artifacts with artifact descriptions. Exhibits integrate with various areas of the curriculum and may be checked out for display in classrooms/media centers while students study that culture.

In addition to the Cultural Exhibit cases, each culture or country has its own Cultural Kit for a more hands-on experience. Although contents may vary, many Cultural Kits contain background information on the arts of a particular country or culture, a slideshow CD, photos, maps and hands-on objects.
