  • Food Service Worker Program- General information on obtaining a food service worker, volunteer, or certified manager license through Maricopa County.
  • Food Service Worker Test Schedule- Information on testing, including locations, hours, fees, and links to study guides. Study guides are available in English and Spanish.

  • Valley Metro - Look here for valley bus routes and schedules, maps, and information on fares. Use the "trip planner" to find the nearest bus stop information for your leaving point and destination. Job Application Practice

Job Applications - Get some practice filling out job applications, with two fictional applications that contain many of the same questions you will find on a real application. Application 1 | Application 2
Note: Applications are in PDF format (Adobe Acrobat required). The application can be filled out on your computer, however you will not be able to save any data typed into the form. (print it out if you want a copy) You can also print out a blank form and fill it out by hand. Try it both ways for extra practice.

Personal Data Sheet - Fill out this sheet with your personal information and use it as a quick reference when filling out a job application. Note: you will need to open and save the file.

Resumes - ?Did you know? - Microsoft Word has a Resume Wizard that will help you create a Resume. Access the Resume Wizard: by going to "File" -"New" this will open a task pane on the side of your screen, go down to "New from template" and select "General Templates" the Resume Wizard can be found in "Office Templates" or "other Documents".
