Band

In band, students in 5th grade and 6th grades have the opportunities to learn how to play different band instruments which include flute, clarinet, alto saxophone , tenor saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone and percussion. They work on breathing skills, fingering, notes and rhythm reading skills twice a week for 30 minutes. The bands present concerts twice a year, one in December and the other in May.
