On Friday, April 8, local Author Barbara Gowan visited our school to speak with the fourth grade students. She told them all about her book G is For Grand Canyon and shared with them what it is like to write a nonfiction book. Students learned a lot about their home state and the writing process and really enjoyed Mrs. Gowan's visit!
