Biography

                               

I graduated from Owatonna High School in Owatonna, Minnesota.    After high school, I moved to Arizona to attend college.

Initially, I went to Mesa Community College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree in business administration.  Next, I attended Arizona State University, where I majored in elementary education and finance.

Professionally, I have been part of the Bush staff since the school opened in 1996.  Prior to then, I was at Porter Elementary in Mesa for five years and taught fifth grade in Tempe for a year before coming to Mesa.  In 1998, I received the Master Teacher Award from the superintendent of Mesa Public Schools.

When not teaching I enjoy fitness, landscaping, reading, and sports.  Fourth grade will be a meaningful experience for you, your child, and all involved.
