- You heard about Katrina but did you know there was a more devastating
disaster before, called Hurricane Andrew.

- It took place south of Miami
Florida.
- And also hit Louisiana.

- This devastating disaster occurred on August of 1992
|

- The reason this devastating
Hurricane happened was because the two plates of the earth overlapped
each other.

- This hurricane caused more damage
than any hurricane to hit this region.
- Howling at the rate of 165 miles per hour and 17 feet tall
- has killed over 60 or more
people and animals.

- No it could not have been avoided
because it’s a part on nature.
- But most of deaths of animals and
humans could have been avoided if we were more prepared.
