AA NINTH GRADE ENGLISH

 Ninth grade AA English is a survey course which includes writing, literature, the research process, public speaking, vocabulary development, critical and creative thinking, and teamwork skills.  All of these outcomes reflect essential life skills for future success.  This course is fast-paced, challenging, and requires students to be responsible and actively participate.  Students should expect homework five nights a week.  In addition, reading of classic literature (from a provided reading list) should become a part of every student’s daily routine.
