Ms. Vermillion is a brand new resident to Arizona.  She comes from the far away land of Virgina, where she taught English for four years in Fairfax County Public Schools.  While working with Fairfax County, Ms. Vermillion created curriculum for an interdisciplinary classroom that combined the skills of civics and English; she led international trips, and taught all levels of students. 

Also during her habitation in Virginia, Ms. Vermillion worked as a Faculty Advisor for leadership seminars, as a adjunct professor at George Mason University, and as an intern in the Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill.   

Ms. Vermillion is a graduate of Utah State University where she received her Bachelor's degree in English Education.  Currently Ms. Vermillion is attending ASU's curriculum and intstruction graduate program with the emphasis on social studies.
