Students are to chose a novel with a page range of 200 -250. It is recommended the students carry their book with them to and from school every day.  They will have the opportunity to read silently during our 30 minute SSR time built in to second hour, as well as, in class when they finish up an assignment early.  This is a great way to encourage reading.
