BIOGRAPHY
Mrs. McCabe has been teaching for 30 years. She has two Bachelor of Science Degrees, a Master's Degree and is defined as "highly qualified" under the "No Child Left Behind" legislation.
Mrs. McCabe is also a Commander in the Naval Reserve Intelligence Command, San Diego. She has 21 years of military service and participated on active duty in support of Enduring Freedom. She will retire from the military in 2006.
