Biography
I am a 1973 graduate of Coolidge High School. I attended ASU and received a B.A. in Secondary Eduation from ASU in 1977 with a K-12 endorsement in Physical Education. In the fall of 1977, I became a P.E. teacher at Keller Elementary. I acquired Math certification hours during my teaching career at Keller.
Hendrix Junior High opened in the fall of 1985 and I was part of the original staff. I taught girls 7th and 8th grade P.E. at Hendrix and was Spiritline Sponsor for two years while teaching 7th & 8th grade Basic Math, 7th & 8th grade General Math, Pre-Algebra and Alternative Algebra, plus many years of Summer School. I love Notre Dame football. I received my M.A. from NAU in Elementary Education in May 1992. I have enjoyed the students and families I have served at Hendrix, Smith, and now, Carson Junior High.
