The Career Level Student Achievement Coach Cadre supports the MPS Career Ladder mission through the following goals:

  • coaching for understanding
  • providing ongoing communication regarding the development, implementation, and documentation of student achievement
  • supporting educator self-directedness, reflective practice, data analysis, and data-driven decision making regarding instructional and assessment best practices
