Xplore and KinderU programs
Program fees for Xplore and KinderU are charged monthly and are due on or before the first business day of the month by close of business.
Accounts with an outstanding balance will be assessed a late payment fee on the second business day of the month.
Automatic payment options
Community Education is excited to offer the safety, convenience and ease of Tuition Express - there is no additional fee for this service.
Please select either the Recurring bank account or Recurring credit card form and submit to our office. The original recurring bank account authorization form along with a voided check must be submitted. The recurring credit card form may be submitted in person or via email to Commed@mpsaz.org. Forms require actual signature. Forms must be received by our office 5 business days prior to the end of the month to be effective for the following month.
Please note: recurring payments will be processed the first business day of each month. To stop recurring payments, written notice, via the withdrawal form, is required 5 business days before the next scheduled payment to cancel.
Other payment options
Online payment via MyProcare.
Registered families may make payments via the MyProcare online system which post to their account immediately. Families may view their customer ledger and print customer statements at their convenience. There is no additional fee for this service.
Please note - accounts may reflect a $0 balance as program fees are posted on the first business day of each month.

24-hour drop box is located next to the west entrance door (no cash or credit card info. in drop box). Please include your child's name on your check. Payments received after the office is closed will be processed the following business day.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, cash, money order, checks (payable to Mesa Public Schools).
Note: To protect your sensitive financial information, credit card payments are not accepted via fax, mail or drop box. Additionally, payments are not accepted at school sites.
