Student records request
For currently enrolled students, please contact your school. Former students please submit a request for high school transcripts, elementary or junior high permanent records or immunization records. There is no charge for student records. For more information, call 480-472-0741. For special education student records please call 480-472-0605 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Employee records request
Employees may obtain their personnel records from Human Resources.
Public records request
The district makes public records available for inspection by any person, as provided by the Arizona public records law. Public records requests based on the federal Freedom of Information Act, which is not applicable to state or local government agencies, are treated as public records requests under state law.
