Mass communication system

SchoolMessenger is the district's notification system. Schools and departments can send messages by phone and email to parents or staff.

Use the system to remind parents about testing, encourage participation in school activities, give quick and accurate information in an emergency and take care of daily attendance.

Send a message immediately, or schedule one for later delivery.


SchoolMessenger also sends out the automated attendance messages as scheduled.

  • Elementary
    • 9:45 a.m. for schools with a 7:55 a.m. start time
    • 10:25 a.m. for schools with an 8:25 a.m. start time
    • 10 a.m. for Summit Academy
  • Junior High
    • 11:15 a.m. and 6 p.m.
    • 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for Franklin Junior High
  • High School
    • 6 p.m.
