Governing Board videos, agendas and highlights
Regular board meetings are generally on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 7 p.m. in the Board Room of the Curriculum Services Center, 549 N. Stapley Drive (Map it). Board meetings are broadcast live and on demand during the school year.
Board meeting agendas, minutes, live updates, and other information is now available via the district's BoardDocs online software. In addition, Educational Television streams board meetings live online on the edtv99 website.

All regular, special and emergency meetings of the board are open to the public except during executive sessions. Notices of all meetings are provided to the local daily newspapers and are posted at the Curriculum Services Center at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. By Arizona law, executive sessions may be called by the Governing Board to discuss personnel matters; meet and confer items (negotiations); legal matters with attorneys; purchase or lease of real property; and litigation.
