Request to Distribute Flyers

As a community service, Mesa Public Schools will distribute flyers in elementary schools for nonprofit or tax-exempt organizations that provide information on youth activities. The junior high and high schools do not distribute flyers.

If you would like to have a flyer considered for distribution in Mesa Public Schools, please complete the Request to Distribute Flyers form. Fax the form and the proposed flyer to Community Relations at (480) 472-0227. You will receive a fax indicating if your flyer has been approved.

A copy of this form must accompany each school packet. Distribution for the 2007-08 school year will be Aug. 27, 2007, through May 2, 2008.

Mesa Public Schools neither endorses nor sponsors the organization or activity represented in this material. The distribution of this material is provided as a community service.

You may request distribution through the district's distribution center. If so, the following procedure must be followed:

* Bundle the flyers in classroom packets of 30.
* Using the Distribution List, prepare a package for each elementary school with the appropriate number of flyers.
* Attach a copy of this form with approval signature to each school package.
* Deliver the flyers to the Materiel Distribution Center at 143 S. Alma School Road.
* Distribution takes approximately one week.

Each elementary school may choose the process by which they provide flyers for non-profit organizations. The school may given a flyer to each student or display the flyers in the school. Whichever process is selected, all flyers for non-profit organizations are distributed in that way by the school.
