The Community Relations Department supports student achievement
through effective communication with district staff, students, parents and the public.
Community Relations Department Objectives
- To build trust, confidence and support for doing what is best for all children in the district
- To promote school, home and community relationships that benefit students
- To disseminate accurate, timely information about school goals, plans, policies, instructional programs, procedures, administrative operations, activities, achievements, decisions, breaking news and critical issues
- To eliminate rumors and misinformation
- To foster an open climate in which ideas, suggestions, questions and concerns are welcomed
