My name is Jill Roberts, and I am the SLD Resource Teacher for grades 3rd and 4th at Crismon. I began teaching in 1991 and have been at Crismon the majority of this time!
I was born in Arizona and have never left, I am a true native! I attended University of Arizona for my undergraduate studies and earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in counseling. After working in the field for a year I realized teaching was my true passion. I attended Arizona State University and earned a post-baccalaureate degree in special education and general education. I started teaching special education in 1991. In 2000 after I had my second child, I had the opportunity to stay home with them. In 2008 I returned to teaching and was lucky enough to be at Crismon again!
Although my son and daughter are young adults, they still keep me busy! I love spending time with them and can't wait to see what the future holds for them. My favorite thing to do when I am not teaching is go hiking with my husband and dog Ace. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.
Please feel free to call or email me at any time with questions or concerns.
I look forward to a great year with fantastic students!
