Meet at the Dobson track area for instructions on warm ups, stretching, and daily routine | Workouts are designed to condition the athletes to the increase of weekly mileage, acclimation to the heat, and weekly weight lifting to build endurance & strengthening their core. Athletes should bring their own water bottles, sunscreen and wear comfortable running shoes. The style of running shirts & shorts are left to the athlete's preference. We will cover topics about running shoes, hydration and diet during the first week. It is also strongly recommended that all athletes get a head start on completing their Athletic Packets now.  All athletes must be cleared by the athletic office prior to the first official day of XC practice which is August, 9th.  All requirements are on the Dobson Athletics page.  http://www.mpsaz.org/dobson/athletics/athletic-registration/
