Culinary Arts is a program of study with Career and Technical Education. Students are engaged in learning the components of nutrition, food safety and sanitation, food borne illness and chemical processes baking and cooking. Students also examine the career options available to them in the Culinary and Hospitality field. At Dobson our courses available contain two full year courses which are FS 41 Culinary Arts and FS 45 Advanced Culinary Arts (pre-requisite is FS41).
