My name is Andrew Bradford. I am 35 years old, and was born in Santa Rosa, California but raised in Three Points, Arizona. My background in the restaurant business started when I was 15 as a dishwasher. I have moved up through multiple restaurants as prep cooks, sous chefs, Executive Chef and Catering Directors. My last job was at AJ's Fine Foods in Mesa, AZ as the Catering Director.
I am very excited to enter my 3rd year at Dobson High School to pass on my passion for food and cooking!
I will be teaching Introduction, Advanced Culinary Arts, and Catering & Special Events classes.
