My name is Andrew Bradford. I am 37 years old, and was born in Santa Rosa, California but raised in Three Points, Arizona. My background in the restaurant business started when I was 15 as a dishwasher. I have moved up through multiple restaurants as prep cooks, sous chefs, Executive Chef and Catering Directors. My last job was at AJ's Fine Foods in Mesa, AZ as the Catering Director.
I am very excited to enter my 5th year at Dobson High School to pass on my passion for food and cooking!
I will be teaching 1 class of Introduction Culinary Arts, 3 classes of Advanced Culinary Arts, and 1 class of Catering & Special Event Management (3rd year Culinary) classes. If you have any questions about Culinary, please call or email me.
