I am the head athletic trainer and full time teacher at Dobson High School. I was previously the assistant athletic trainer and sports medicine teacher at Verrado High School. I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors in Athletic Training. I had the opportunity to experience the athletic training environment at a variety of high schools, community college, and college level athletic training settings throughout my undergraduate experience. I also spent a summer interning for Phoenix FC, a professional soccer team. I also just completed my Masters in Health Psychology from Grand Canyon University.

I played a variety of sports growing up, but soccer took up most of my time. I have always loved athletics and helping people which led me to this profession. I love the opportunity to help students gain experience and learn the profession that I live every day and give them hands on experience that they will use if they pursue the medical field in the future!

I also have an awesome long hair dachshund named Meiko, a shepherd named Aurora, and a mutt mix named Riley!

The Dobson Sports Medicine Skeleton also has an Instagram Page. His name is Chewy! Check it out!
