The Dobson Auditorium, Mini-Auditorium (B118), classrooms, and west fields are available for rent on a first come first served basis with school events taking priority.
District rental paperwork can be picked up in any Mesa Public School. Actual rental costs are determined by the district facility rental office. In addition security, janitorial and stage manager costs will need to be paid with a minimum of 4 hours.
If fields with lights are needed, Mesa Parks and Recreation will need to be contacted. Those events are allocated by the city.
Club sponsors, athletic groups, and performing groups can also reserve facilities for school events. Custodial, security, and cafeteria costs will need to be paid with club funds. Faculty use INTERNAL REQUEST forms that can be printed out here or picked up in the front office. Dates and facilities cannot be reserved unless paperwork has been submitted. Once approved, events will show up on the school calendar.
