COURSE DESCRIPTIONS:
This is primarily an aviation history course focusing on the development of flight throughout the centuries. The emphasis will be on civilian and military contributions to aviation; the development, modernization, and transformation of the Air Force from the barnstormers to the military operations of today. We will also continue to reinforce cadet and Air Force organizational structure; uniform wear; customs, courtesies, and other military traditions, as well as health, wellness & fitness.
Throughout both courses, there are readings, videos, hands-on activities, as well as in-text and student workbook exercises to guide in the reinforcement of the materials.
