I’m originally from Fushun City of the People’s Republic of China. While visiting the Phoenix area in 2012, I met my future husband and I joined my sister in Chandler, immigrating to the U.S. in 2013. I live in Chandler with my daughter and husband. After moving to Chandler, I began volunteering with the World Languages Department at Westwood High school and Dobson High School, assisting the Mandarin teacher. In 2014, I was fortunate enough to join the Dobson High school family teaching Mandarin and Earth Science.
