I am a Native of Arizona, I grew up and attended school in the Phoenix Union School District. Graduated from Arizona State University in 1995 with my Degree in Education. It took 7 years in college to get that Degree (not bragging though)! School has always been difficult for me, I feel that is what makes me an understanding and valuable teacher for the many students that I work with. It helps when you can truly understand why a student struggles and sometimes does not like school. I started Teaching at Gilbert High in 1996, and in 2014 I decided to make the move to Mesa Public Schools. I am currently in my 25th year as a Teacher and my 7th year at Dobson High. My areas of Specialization are in Transitioning from High School into Adulthood and Work. In addition, I Coach Wrestling for the Mustangs, and have Coached Wrestling for most of my Teaching Career. My favorite move is the Guillotine, it's a neck breaker! I am so fortunate and blessed, I have a beautiful and hard working wife, two hard working kids, and six of the most beautiful grandchildren ever.
