I'm originally from western Nebraska and I make no apologies for being a Big Red fan! I moved to Mesa, AZ. in 2016. I taught 23 years in Nebraska, and this school year (2019-2020) begins my 27th year of teaching. I teach PE classes, and 1 Sports class at Dobson High School. I am married to the greatest lady alive. We've known each other since we were 11 years old, played sports together, and graduated high school together; yet we've only been married going on 3 years. Ask me how that works and I will tell you the story. If you do not believe that God has a plan for each of our lives, you will believe after you hear my story. My wife and I have combined, 4 kids ranging in age 32-22. We have 4 grandchildren.

I coach 2 sports, football and track. I have coached football for 29 years and track, shot put and discus both boys and girls, for 21 years. I enjoy working with high school age kids in sports and watching them mature in their respective sports.

I hold a Masters degree in Education; a BS degree in History/PE, and I hold 3 coaching endorsements in Football, Wrestling, and Track.

I went to 2 different colleges, Kearney State (now known as University of Nebraska at Kearney) located in Kearney, NE. And Chadron State College (located in northwestern NE.) where I graduated.

I also hold a law enforcement background.
