I grew up in Britt, Iowa, which is a small farm community in north central Iowa.  I lived on a farm and have lots of tales to share of that lifestyle and also graduated from Britt High School .   I moved to Arizona after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa and have loved the life I have  here.  Teaching and working with children is a passion I have and absolutely love.  Being able to help children learn how they can relate to the world or learn the skills necessary to survive in the "real world" is so much fun - everyday is a  new adventure in the subjects I teach.
