MONDAY

The Monday program is a one-day per week program, where students may choose up to 8 hours of classes.  There are classes currently available starting at 8:00 a.m. and continuing through 4:30 p.m.

Because teachers need to plan, parents have a two week period of time after the start of the semester to make changes to their students class schedule.

Important Information for Monday Families:

  • Program Hours for K-6 students: 8:00 - 3:30

    • K-3 students remain with a homeroom teacher and have specials like PE, Music, Computers, and Library

    • 4th-6th grade students rotate for 7 periods based on selected classes

  • Program Hours for 7th and 8th grade students: 8:00 - 4:30 (all 7th and 8th grade students must take 8 classes)

  • 8th period class are reserved for 7th and 8th grade students due to required hours.  

    • Additionally, the 4th-6th grade siblings of 7th and 8th graders may also stay for 8th period as space permits.

    • Any student in 4th -8th grade is allowed to register for band and remain on campus for 8th period.

    • If at any time the 7th or 8th grade sibling drops from the program or moves to another day, the siblings of that student will also be dropped from 8th period.

  • Students are only allowed to take one PE class per day.

  • Be sure to fill the required hours.  If a class is full, add to the waitlist but also choose another class so that a schedule can be fulfilled.
