General Field Trip Procedures
The field trips listed on our website are ALL SCHOOL field trips. Any student who attends Eagleridge or MDLP any day is welcome to go as long as they meet the recommended grade level for the performance. Other class or grade level only field trips may be scheduled throughout the year.
If a parent wishes to attend with their child, a chaperone form must be completed and approved. This means parents must pay separately and are also seen as chaperones for the whole group. Students in K and 1st grade must have a parent accompany them on the trip.
All students must have a Parent/Guardian Permission Form completed in advance of the field trip. Payment for the field trip must be submitted online and attached to the permission form. We will not be making contact with parents to remind you of the day of the field trip.

Students riding the bus to a field trip must ride both ways to and from the school.
Parents transporting their own child must transport the child both to and from the field trip site.
Students who normally attend school on the day of the field trip will return to their regular classrooms. Other students should be picked up by their parents at the time listed on the permission form.
Any student with a medical condition that could cause a potential problem for that child must be accompanied by their parent.
