Eagleridge Procedures for

Student Drop-off & Pick-up


The following directions are intended to help maintain safe drop-off and pick-up areas while still being efficient.  It is important we all follow the directions and patterns consistently due to the large number of students and vehicles.  It is also necessary to remember that we share the campus and therefore some procedures are established for both programs to ensure the parking lot and other shared space works for everyone.
 


MORNINGS

Student drop-off takes place on the north side of the school on Medina. Please pull into our drive-thru drop-off line. The gate opens at 8:15 a.m. and students report directly to their classroom. Students arriving after 8:30 are considered tardy and will need to check-in at the front office for a tardy pass.

  • All vehicle traffic will enter loading zone from the west and leave heading east.

  • Students should exit the vehicle on the passenger side.

  • Students will enter campus using the open playground gate (by D6) on Medina.

  • DO NOT drop students off on north curb and allow them to walk across Medina.

 

AFTERNOONS  

At dismissal time, students will be escorted to the holding zone on the grassy field near Medina. Parents will enter the drive-thru pick-up zone on Medina and will remain in their vehicle. All families are provided a nameplate for the windshield of their vehicle so we can easily call for students to load into the vehicle.

  • Place family name card in front window on passenger side.

  • Children will be released to the first 5-7 cars in line at a time.
