REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Students must turn 5 before September 1 to register for Kindergarten.

Grade-level placement is based on age regardless of home-schooling level.

 

Step 1: 

Children who are 6 years of age or older must be registered with the county as a homeschool student. It may take a few days to obtain this Affidavit of Intent to Homeschool, so we strongly recommend you begin by filing your notarized form with the county in which you reside. AFFIDAVIT OF INTENT TO HOMESCHOOL - PINAL COUNTY

 

Step 2: 

Complete the online registration process at eagleridge.mpsaz.org

  • First complete the New Student Registration (green button).

  • You will see a pop-up window alerting you to select classes. In order to select classes you need to first register as a parent. To do this, go back to eagleridge.mpsaz.org/, click the blue “Parent Login” button, then click on “Need to Register?” in the bottom right corner. Register yourself as a parent, add your child, and select classes. 

 

Step 3: 

Scan and email a copy of the following documents to eagleridge-reply@mpsaz.org. These documents must be received prior to your child’s first day of attendance. 

  • Certified Birth Certificate

  • Proof of residency (utility bill, purchase agreement, driver’s license with current address, etc.)

  • Withdrawal form from previous school (if applicable) 

  • Copy of the approved Affidavit of Intent to Homeschool (for students aged 6+)

    • If your child is 5, please note that this document will be required within 2 weeks of your child’s 6th birthday.

  • Current immunizations and/or documentation showing your completion of the State of Arizona’s Immunization Education Course.

  • If your child is a recipient of the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA), or if you're seeking approval for ESA, let us know at the time of registration.

 

Step 4: 

Once steps 1-3 have been completed a member of our Eagleridge team will contact you to confirm your child’s enrollment and start date. You will also receive an email with information on how to complete the final steps for registration.
