Once a year all eligible employees have the opportunity to review their coverage, and make any changes or updates. This window of opportunity is called open enrollment. The dates for open enrollment for the 2008/2009 Plan year will be August 1st – August 22nd, 2008. The enrollment handbook concerning the new Plan year's provisions will be delivered to the homes of eligible contract employees the last week in July, and are also linked below. Make sure your address on file with the district is accurate, and watch for the open enrollment materials in your mailbox.

Keep in mind that the choices you make during open enrollment will remain in effect for the Plan year: October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009, and you won't be permitted to make changes to your coverage until next year's open enrollment unless you experience a mid-year change in status.
