Welcome to our Edison Pride page.  We use this space to spotlight our student and staff accomplishments during the school year.

Attendance Winners

The Edison Science Fair was a big hit with our students.  Thanks to all the staff that sponsored the event.  Our 5th grade winner was the team of Austin L. and Jacob I. The second place winner was Vanessa C.

In 6th grade, our third place winner was the team of Eduardo R. and Juan C. Our second place winner was Hannah P. and our winner at 6th grade was Sara J.

Good luck to them as they move up to compete in the district competition at Red Mountain High School on February 21st.  We are proud of all our entrants for their hard work.

See the gallery of projects.

Eduardo R. from room 24 in 6th grade recently competed in the MPS Regional Spelling Bee.

Eduardo battled until the end placing 2nd out of all the competitors.

He will compete at the Maricopa County Bee in February in Tempe.

Edison would like to thank the Assistance League of the East Valley for their support of our families with clothing and shoe needs this school year.

Edison would also like to thank AZ Still for their dental care support for our students.  We had 30 Edison students receive extra special treatment this past week.  We know healthy and happy students do a better job learning and we appreciate our community partners for their support of education and our community.

Mrs. Luebbert was recognized for her Masters program through the University of Arizona.  She worked with SRP to build her science and engineering background to help student grow to love STEM.  Congrats on your hard work.
