Welcome to Edison Elementary!

We look forward to sharing the responsibilty of education. It is the partnership between school and home which will allow our children to reach their full potential.

As a staff, we pledge to provide the best possible education to all children. The staff will continue to strive for the quality that has made Edison Elementary a great school.

We ask that you join us as partners in the education of your child. Take an active role in their learning by working with your child's teacher, support school activities, volunteer in your child's classroom, volunteer at a school-wide event, or get involved with the Edison Parent Teacher Organization.

We will keep you informed of school information through this website, the school newsletter, and classroom communication. We encourage you to ask questions. If you have concerns or needs, please contact the school.

We take pride in our school.  Our facility crew works very hard to keep our campus an attractive place to visit for both students and staff.  If you notice a problem on our campus at night or weekend, please contact MPS security.   

Our staff works to create a safe learning environment for all of our students. We are especially proud of our students' academic accomplishments. Our students attend Kino Junior High and Westwood High for grades 7-12.
