Teresa Williams
Educational Technology Trainer

I have been working in Mesa Public Schools since 2005.  I taught English at Riverview High School for six years before joining the Educational Technology team as a trainer.  Prior to teaching in Mesa, I taught 7th-grade language arts for three years in Litchfield Park and 7th and 8th-grade language arts for two years in Coolidge.

I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with an endorsement in language arts from Western New Mexico University in May 2000.

I am continually working to expand my knowledge of educational technology, especially related to G Suite.  In 2014, I earned my Google Educator status then applied for and was accepted as a Google for Education Certified Trainer.

As part of the EdTech team, I am primarily responsible for the following initiatives:  EdTech Live!, G Suite, Google+ and Hangouts, Hangouts On Air/YouTube Live stream, Classroom Performance System (clickers), and the MPS Teacher Observation Tool (TOT).  Links to each of these pages can be found below my profile picture.

I am also assigned to train and support the teachers at Shepherd Junior High, Poston Junior High, O'Connor Elementary, Bush Elementary, and Entz Elementary with technology integration.
