Who Are We

East Valley Academy (The Academy or EVA) is a Mesa Public School that provides high school students throughout the Valley an opportunity to attend a high quality academic program adjacent to the outstanding technical programs located at East Valley Institute of Technology (EVIT).

One program that is closely tied to the two schools is the East Valley Health Academy. This program provides students the opportunity to graduate high school and to take Arizona State's Nursing Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) test. When the LPN test is passed, these high school students can be working in hospitals and other health-oriented organizations as an LPN! It is really a great opportunity.

A full day's schedule for a EVA student would be to attend half a day of academic classes and then spend the other half of the day earning elective credits at EVIT.

The advantage is exceptional. Because of the close proximity between the schools (a few hundred feet), you can attend the acclaimed EVIT and not worry about traveling long distances to your home school.
