TIPS FOR STAYING HEALTHY

 

1.Eat healthy foods every day
2.School age children need 8 - 10 hours of sleep every night
3.Exercise 30 minutes 3 - 5 times per week
4.Wash your hands frequently to get rid of germs
5.Keep hands and fingers away from your "T" zone, (eyes, nose & mouth)
6.Wipe down faucets, doorknobs, and keyboards with a disinfectant daily
7. Get your flu shot :)
