Welcome to the 2012-2013 School Year!
Whether you think you can or you think you can't...you're right! ~ Henry Ford
Hello and thank you for visiting my web page!
My Background...
My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in education from Arizona State University in 1998 and a master's degree in elementary education from Northern Arizona University in 2002. Recently, I have begun a second master's degree in professional counseling through Ottawa University.
I have been a Franklin elementary school teacher for fourteen years. I have taught kindergarten, third, and fourth grades. I am excited to be embarking on a new endeavor as a sixth grade teacher this year and look forward to the new experiences this grade level will bring!
I absolutely love teaching and being a Franklin teacher makes my job that much more enjoyable. I appreciate having great students who are respectful and love learning. Supportive parents are simply icing on the cake!
My Homelife...
I live in Ahwatukee with my husband, Baron, and my children Sierra and Logan. We have a trouble making golden retriever named Sedona who loves to "pick up" after us. My family keeps me very busy, but in my spare time I enjoy travelling, shopping, working out at the gym, eating out, and spending quality time with my good friends. While I love my free time, I always look forward to coming back to work and teaching the wonderful children in my classroom!
We are going to have a terrific year!
